Fresh Coriander Chutney

Fresh Coriander Chutney is ridiculously easy to make. For this reason, it’s my favourite way to use up leftover coriander in my fridge. Just throw all the ingredients in to a blender and blitz to makes a delicious accompaniment to almost anything. Fresh Coriander Chutney pairs really well as a yummy dip for finger foods like Vegetable Pakora. It also makes a refreshing and tangy salad dressing.

Want a bigger kick? Add extra chillies to it (tasting along the way to check you don’t overdo it). On the other hand, if you’re not a fan of spicy food you just leave the chillies out.
